Peter Miranda, Jr. is also one of the founding partners of Fleming & Miranda and he graduated from Boston College in 1977 and from New England School of Law in 1981.
Peter was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1981 and is a member of the American Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, Massachusetts Conveyancing Association, Massachusetts Bankers Association and has been admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.
Peter concentrates on real estate conveyancing, zoning, probate issues and family law and he has represented individuals and families throughout the state of Massachusetts.
Peter has also served on the Massachusetts Pro Bono Law panel board of directors, Suburban North Y.M.C.A. board of directors, the Italian American Charitable Society as chairman, Youth Council board of directors, Justinian Law Society as co-chairman, Fall Seminar on De Novo Reform and as a member of the Ticor Title Agents Counsel.
Peter is a two-time recipient of the Quality Performance Award from Chicago / Ticor Title Company and is currently a title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and First American National Title Insurance Company.
Peter is an accomplished real estate investor and developer and has also served as chief legal assistant to the Middlesex South County Register of Deeds and as a member of the Town of North Reading Board of Appeals. He is also currently on the board of directors for the Patriot Community Bank.
In his free time, Peter is also a loving husband, father of two, grandfather of two and a golf enthusiast.
